After we exchanged phone number a
couple days ago, we’re texting each other routinely, but I never be the first
one who texting to, he always the first one, suchaa gentleman! ;D

I’ll be back to Oxford tomorrow
morning, so this is the last night I’m in my grandad’s home. My cousins are
here tonight, we make a little party. But I reassure them that I’m not allowed
for get drunk. So, we just talking, eating, singing and do many crazy things
here. Jean, Ed and Dan are singing a song and I played guitar. Ash recorded it
and it will be in YouTube tomorrow. We like to make any cover of songs and
posted it in YouTube. Usually, I do drum cover of a song or just be a guitarist
when my cousins sing a song. My phone started ringing and I
tried to find out where is my phone.
“Ed where’s my phone?” I glared
at Ed, give him a look
“why you asking me like that?”
“the last time I saw my phone is
in you!”
“there!” he said and pointed at
the little des beside the couch. “in the drawer”
“ugh! Can you stop do the silly
thing to me?!” I said and took my phone from the drawer. I saw the caller ID
and go to my bedroom.
“Hello” I said and laying by body
in the super comfie bed of mine
“Hi” he said and created a smile
on my face
“Sorry I pick up too long” I feel
guilty to make him waiting longer. “my cousin hide my phone” I sigh
“no problem” he said and
chuckled. “So did I interrupted your time with your cousins?”
“no. Not at all. We’re just chillin”
I reasurred and I can hear he chuckled over there
“Well, I actually call you just
want to ask you something” he said and suddenly I got nervous
“what is it?”
“hmm ... I- I ... hmmm” I don’t
know but I think he’s nervous too. Tapi jangan kelamaan jugaa, gue jadi tambah
deg-degan. “hmmm ... would you like to go out with me?” he finished his
sentences and make my heart fall apart. Is he just asked me to go out. Zayn
freaking Malik from One Direction asked me to go out with him. Am I dreaming? I
pinch my cheek and I feel the pain, which means I’m not dreaming. I’m in the
real life.
“hmm ...” I let my brain to think
clearly, I really want to say yes, but I realized that I have to get back to
Oxford tomorrow. “when?”
“mmm ... tomorrow maybe, would
you?”
“hmm ... actually I want but I
can’t” I hesitated of what I said
“why?”
“I have to go back to Oxford
tomorrow”
“you live in Oxford?”
“I live in London and Oxford
actually” I answered with a chuckled. “but I’m studying in Oxford University,
so I live in my flat in Oxford during the school time and get back to London in weekend!”
“you’re in Oxford Uni? You must
be a smart one!” he said giggling and make me blushes a little
“I’m not” I said chuckled and
there’s a silence for a while
“Well, I drive you there then” he
said suddenly and I realized that he can’t drive. Ya ampun orang ini mau cepet
ngajak gue ke rumah sakit apa kuburan? Aduh Zayn, untung lo ganteng!
“wait, if I’m not wrong you can’t
drive right?”
“yeah, but what for I pay a
driver if he can’t drive me anywhere I want” I laughing in his statement.
Tapi bener juga sih ya, buat apa bayar supir mahal-mahal kalo masih harus
nyetir sendiri. Smart Zayn!
“I just find out that you’re a
smart guy!” We’re chuckled
“NESSAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, get out off
your room!! Why are you talk too long on the phone!!” Ed shouted in front of the
door and make me groaned.
“wait Ed! I’ll be down!!” I
shouted back at him and cover my phone with my hand. Ed nyebelin banget sih,
gabisa liat sepupunya seneng dikit apa ya. -____-
“sorry about
that” I said to Zayn and he’s chuckled. “why you always laughing?”
“I think
you’re cute and funny” I blushed when I hear what he just said
“I bet that
you’re blushing right now!” he shoot me and I bet he smirked proudly.
“you wish!”
“so meet me
tomorrow! Just send me your address and I’ll pick you up”
“hmmm ...
okay. I’ll text you my address”
“good”
“well, I’m
sorry Zayn. I gotta go, my freaking cousins is waiting me unpatiently in
downstairs” I said but honestly I don’t want to end up this call.
“oh yeah. Have
fun! See you tomorrow”
“see you” I
said and I press the red button. I jump to my bed and go to downstairs. My
crazy cousins made mess around the house.
“Ed, you don’t
need to drive me off to Oxford tomorrow!” I said and I sat next to Ash who
still busy with her phone, texting. Ed and Dan are playing playstation and Jean
have a call with Andrew in the across of the pool, biasalah orang pacaran sukanya nyari
ketenangan.
“why?” Ed
asked and never take his eyes off from the TV. I guess he has a battle with
Dan.
“my friend
going to pick me up”
“who is that?”
Ash asked me and turn to face me
“my new friend
actually. I met him a couple days ago”
“are you sure,
is she ...”
“he...” I cut off
Ash before she continue her sentences
“yeah, are you
sure he’s a good guy? I mean, is he can be trusted? You only know him about a
couple days ago” Ash asked me and raised her eyebrow, seems a bit worried at me
I chuckled of
what I just heard from her. “oh please Ash, I’m not a child anymore. Stop
worrying over me”. She’s one of the most protective cousin I ever had. Not only
over me, but to the rest of our family she’s so much protective.
“You’re only
17 years old in the big city like London. Of course I’m worried over you!”
“17 means I
have a right to do everything I want right?” I said and tapped her shoulder. “I
can take care of myself”
“You don’t
need to worry over her, Ash”. Dan said and still playing with his playstation. “she’s
not a girl, she’s a boy!” he added and laughed.
“What?” I give
him a look, but he ignore me. He’s too focused with the game. “well, maybe I’m
the only cute girl man in the world” I added. Dan, Ed and Ash turn their head
over me and raised their eyebrows then laughed at me.
“What are you
guys laughing for?” I asked
“cute girl man
in the world?? What kind of term is that?” Ed’s laugh get louder
“well, only
God knows what I mean”
“Dan, let’s go
home. I have a class in early morning!” Jean suddenly came and sit next to me with super
tired face. Dan turn his head to Jean and groaned.
“are you
alright?” I said and wrapped my arms around her shoulder.
“yeah, I just –
tired”
“you have a
fight with Andrew?”
“a little bit,
but that’s going to be okay. I just need to get home now” she said and stand
up. “can you guys stopped playing and drive me home?” she looked at to Dan and
Ed. They’re groaned but stand up. They just realized that is already 1 a.m.
Ashley, Jane,
Dan and Ed stood up, ready to get home. Jane looks so tired but Dan and Ed look
like usually, they’re never get tired if it comes from games.
“We’re off now.
I’ll see you around!” Jane said and hugged me.
“I’m going to
Oxford tomorrow morning, sorry I can visit your houses first”
“that’s okay” Jane
said and walk off to the door, followed by Dan.
“gonna miss
you babe, take care of yourself. I love you” Ash said and give me kiss on the
cheek. She’s a very sweet girl.
“I love you
too, Ash. Catch you in the next week, I wish” I smiled and hugged her.
As all of my
cousins have leaved, I go to upstairs and get ready to sleep. I wash my face
and change my clothes to PJ’s and I hear my phone vibrated.
